Each activity has specific weight ranges to ensure your harness and equipment fit safely.

Height
For tandem bungy jumps, the maximum weight difference between participants is 30kg. Combined weight limits apply to all tandem bungy options, and final suitability is assessed by our crew on the day. There are no strict height limits, but you must fit securely in the harness or safety systems. Weather conditions may affect operational weight rang
Yes. Tandem options are available on Kawarau Bridge Bungy, Kawarau Swing, Kawarau Zipride, Nevis Swing, Taupō Bungy, Taupō Swing and Auckland Harbour Bridge Bungy. Combined weight limits apply, and suitability is assessed by our crew on the day.
A bungy uses elastic cords that stretch and rebound after freefall, giving you a bouncing experience. A swing uses cables and rope — you drop and then swing in a large arc, like a giant pendulum, with no bounce. A SkyJump is a controlled descent using a guided cable system and is designed to feel smooth and progressive rather than like a freefall.
Yes. Most sites have spectator areas. Some locations may charge a small spectator fee — check the individual activity page for details.
At some sites (Kawarau Bridge Bungy, Taupō and Auckland Bridge), water touches may be available depending on conditions. Water touches are not guaranteed and are always at the crew’s discretion.
We operate in most weather conditions, including rain. If weather exceeds our operational limits and we are unable to operate, you will be offered a transfer, reschedule or refund.
If you choose not to go ahead with the activity on the day, this is treated as a no-show and is generally non-refundable unless covered under our refund policy.
If we cancel due to weather or safety reasons, you will receive a full refund or free reschedule. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your activity, you’ll receive a 100% refund, minus the 1.99% card transaction fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your activity are non-refundable. Once requested, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.

Bungy jumping is intense but controlled. You’ll feel a strong initial drop followed by a smooth stretch as the cord absorbs the energy of the jump. Our bungy systems are designed to prevent whiplash by gradually decelerating your fall rather than stopping you abruptly. The forces involved are well within safe limits, and our crew guide you through every step, so you know what to expect.
No. Part of the bungy experience is overcoming fear and making the leap yourself. As a rule, we never push guests unless they ask. Our jump crew will be right there to coach and support you, talking you through exactly what to do so you feel confident and ready when you choose to jump.
You’re secured using professional harness systems with multiple points of attachment. Every connection is checked and double-checked by trained staff before each jump. Our equipment and procedures meet strict safety standards
