We’re throwing ourselves into having a positive impact on our planet. And, through the power of personal challenge, helping people and communities build resilience and reach their full potential.
A Commitment to Inspire and Empower
Working with partners and communities, we’re delivering a range of initiatives in keeping with our philosophy of living more and fearing less. Inspiring people to greatness by doing things they never thought they could.
With Community, Environment and Crew as our three focus areas, we give a monetary portion from every Bungy jump, hundreds of hours from our Crew and thousands of our life-changing experiences towards supporting our social purpose.
OUR COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY
With a special focus on youth, we’re committed to improving the communities that have supported us. From Queenstown, where it all began in 1988, to our other sites in Auckland and Taupō, we’ve hand-picked a range of community initiatives that fit with our live more, fear less mantra. Providing financial support, as well as our life-changing experiences, we’re working with local organisations and partners to improve the lives of New Zealanders.Find out more

That’s why we don’t just want to minimise our impact on the environment, we want to enhance it.Through the New Zealand tourism industry’s Tiaki Promise, we’ve made a commitment to act as guardians for our environment, championing the idea of sustainable travel with our visitors, community and crew.Find out more
CREW AT OUR CORE
Bungy’s crew are not just workmates they’re whānau. (We’ve even welcomed several ‘Bungy babies’ over the years). We’re well known for our unique crew culture and it doesn’t happen by accident. We’re committed to helping our people reach their full potential. That’s why we don’t just tick the HR boxes – we redefine them.
