When Cook Brothers Turned 20, They Brought the Party to Kawarau
Twenty years in business is a big deal. So when Cook Brothers celebrated their 20th birthday, a quiet dinner and a few speeches just wasn’t going to cut it.
They wanted a party.
250 guests. Exclusive use of the Kawarau Bungy Centre. And a canyon for a backdrop.
Our bungy crew took charge of the bar. A food truck kept everyone well fed, and a DJ kept the energy up all night.
And the best bit? Every activity was running.
Guests could take on the Kawarau Bridge Bungy, fly out over the river on the Kawarau Swing, or zip across the gorge on the Zipride, all without ever really leaving the party.

Take the Leap
If your guests are keen (and after a drink or two, they usually are), you can have the Kawarau Bridge Bungy, Kawarau Swing and Kawarau Zipride running during your event. The Swing can be done solo, tandem or triple, and the Zipride solo or tandem, so there’s a way in for everyone, from the adrenaline chasers to the “I’ll just watch, thanks” crowd.
