  1. Eligibility

    The AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand Online Music Competition (hereinafter referred to as "Thrash More competition") is open to individuals and groups of NZ residents aged between 13 to 25.

    Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

  2. Entry Submission

    To enter the Thrash More competition, participants must complete the online registration form available on the official competition website bungy.co.nz/thrashmore and follow the specified entry guidelines.

    All entries must be submitted by the deadline mentioned on the website.

    Only one entry per participant or group is allowed.

  3. Entry Requirements

    All entries will include one original composition or performance. Plagiarism or copyright infringement is strictly prohibited.

    Participants must ensure that their entries do not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

    Entries must be submitted in the specified format (audio or video) and meet the technical requirements provided on the website.

  4. Judging

    Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges selected by AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand. The judges' decisions are final and binding.

    Entries will be judged based on criteria such as creativity, musicality, performance, and adherence to the theme (if applicable).

    The judging process will be confidential, and feedback will not be provided.

  5. Prizes

    Prizes for the competition will be specified on the official website.

    Winners will be notified via email or other contact information provided during registration.

    Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

  6. Promotion and Use of Entries

    By entering the Thrash More competition, participants grant AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand the right to use their entries for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.

    AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand may edit or modify entries for promotional purposes without seeking permission from participants.

  7. Disqualification

    AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.

  8. Liability

    AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of participation in the Thrash More competition.

    Participants are responsible for any tax liabilities associated with winning a prize.

  9. Modification and Termination

    AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand reserves the right to modify or terminate the Thrash More Competition at any time without prior notice.

  10. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

By entering the Thrash More competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification. AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions, and any updates will be posted on the official competition website.
