COVID-19 Updates


Our Queenstown and Taupo sites are operating in Alert Level 2 with some additional guidelines in place to keep our Crew & customers safe. If you are visiting one of our sites in Queenstown or Taupo, please adhere to all Level 2 signage, mask requirements and social distancing guidelines. And most importantly, please remember to SCAN IN on your COVID tracer app upon arrival to any of our locations.

Our Auckland sites - Auckland SkyTower & Harbour Bridge will remain closed until further notice under Level 4 & 3.

How we're keeping you safe on site

As one of New Zealand's most safety conscious businesses our number one priority is the health and safety of our Crew & Customers. We're pulling out all the stops to make sure our sites are maintained to a high standard on an ongoing basis.


Our housekeeping game is on point, with deep clean and complete sanitisation of each site inside and out on a daily basis as well as leaving all external doors open to keep the air fresh.


Look out for our posters on site. This will help you observe the appropriate social distancing rules including Entry & Exit doors on site and directional signage, hygiene guidelines and more.


Sorry, high fives are off the table. But we'll cheer you on from a socially acceptable 1m.


If our Crew look like Darth Vader, don't be alarmed! We've provided our Crew with extra protective gear.


There's hand sanitiser and tissues all around the site - help yourself!
