Hi, I’m Krista!

In 2015 I began my journey as part of the Photo & Video department, capturing and selling customers footage from their activities. Throughout the year I spent with the Photo & Video team, I gained valuable insight into the world of adventure tourism and how important every aspect of the customer experience is.

I had been interested in the Ops side of the business for a long time, so when the opportunity arose to apply for a role in the Operations Team, I jumped on it… HA!

Over the last 7 years I have spent my time climbing the ladder within the Operations Department. Beginning my pathway on the Zipride to now holding a leadership position as a Senior Jump Master for all Queenstown Sites.

I worked immensely hard to get to where I am today. I am damn proud to say that I can work in every department at each of our sites and operate every activity we offer here in Queenstown.

Over the course of my Career at Bungy I have been involved in the Health and Safety department as a representative for our Operations team. My progression within Health and Safety led me to assisting our Health & Safety Manager two days a week.

No week looks the same for me, you’ll see me out on site on the Jump, Zipride or Swing decks counting back from 5, in Bungy HQ analysing Health & Safety data, helping at Frontline checking customers in or in the Crew room discussing how much I love dogs!

Throughout my career at Bungy, I have met my closest friends, created a chosen family and I have even been lucky enough to find my partner. Bungy has created a safe place for all of us to grow and flourish as individuals.
