About the role
We’re on the hunt for a Sales & Service Supervisor to help lead the daily buzz at the Queenstown Bungy Centre (QBC) — one of New Zealand’s most iconic tourism hubs.
This role sits right at the heart of the action. You’ll help guide the crew, drive sales performance, deliver outstanding customer experiences and keep the site running safely and smoothly every day.
This is a full-time role averaging 40 hours per week, worked across a roster including weekends and public holidays. The position is rostered five days per week (Sunday–Saturday) as the Queenstown Bungy Centre operates seven days a week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supporting the daily Sales & Service Crew
- Coaching the team to maximise sales conversions and revenue
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences for every visitor
- Building relationships with local agents, tour operators and visiting groups
- Maintaining a fun, energetic and professional site atmosphere
- Supporting site safety and operational procedures
What we’re looking for:
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Experience in tourism, hospitality or retail environments
- A confident communicator who can motivate and guide a team
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and stays calm under pressure
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
