Frontline Sales & Service (Maternity Cover)

We’re on the hunt for an epic Frontline Crew member to help our customers live more and fear less!  If you are all about next-level customer service, love a bit of banter, and thrive in an adventure tourism environment – we want YOU!

What we are looking for:

  • A customer service superstar who knows how to host and entertain guests
  • Sales savvy – you’re confident upselling and smashing targets
  • Computer literate and confident multitasking
  • Ready to Bungy or Swing at the drop of a hat
  • A sense of humour and a love of fun
  • Detail-focused and proactive – you use your initiative!
  • A team-player who enjoys working in a tight-knit crew
  • Comfortable working weekends and public holidays
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand

The Details:

This is a fixed term maternity cover role covering parental leave for approximately 8 months (Sept 2026 – May 2027).  you will be required to work weekends.  In return, we offer job security, a real sense of belonging & value and the chance to Bungy as much as you like!
