Auckland Bridge Bungy

Auckland is home to the worlds first harbour bridge Bungy Jump and is operated by the Bungy originals - AJ Hackett Bungy.

As part of the Bungy experience you'll enjoy an exclusive bridge walk out to the specially-constructed 'Bungy pod'. It's here you'll build up the courage to leap out over the Waitamata Harbour.

Once airborne take time to enjoy the views of the harbour, that is if you can keep your eyes open long enough.

There's a variety of Bungy options available with the optional 'water touch' being the favourite.

We believe you won't be able to capture the true spirit of Auckland without giving this Bungy a go.

Location & Transportation

Self-Drive (allow 1.5 hours): Located at the Westhaven Marina, 5 minutes from downtown Auckland.
Parking: Free parking available onsite.
Transportation Included (allow 2 hours): Transportation is available from the Maritime Museum, located in the Viaduct. Trips depart daily at 9am, 10.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 2.30pm. Call to book.
Clothing requirements: Must wear secure covered footwear for Bungy Jump

The Proof - Your Photos and Video

We take photos and record a video of every Bungy Jumper. Your Photo and Video can be purchased before or after your Bungy Jump at the Auckland Bridge Bungy.

Pricing: Photos $45 (includes 6+ photos of your Bungy and online versions)
DVD: $45 (includes the AJ Hackett Bungy promo video and your Bungy Jump from start to finish)
Photo and DVD: Pack $80.

If you wish to take a camera out to the jump pod, or you wish to jump with a camera attached to you, it needs to be safely secured to your person to ensure it cannot be dropped. 

Jumping with a camera is entirely at your own risk and ONLY at the discretion of the jump crew. The waiver you sign when checking in fully indemnifies AJHB of any loss or injury associated with you jumping with your camera.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome to accompany their mates out to the Launch Pad. They will be harness up and walk with the group out to the Bungy Pod.

Non-refundable* or transferable.

* Refunds will only be given in the event that weather prevents a person from Bungy Jumping or person is deemed unable to Bungy Jump by our Operations Crew for medical reasons.
