At AJ Hackett Bungy NZ, our Reservations team are the heartbeat of the business – the first point of contact for customers worldwide. You’ll answer enquiries, lock in bookings, and set people up for one of the biggest thrills of their lives.

What you’ll bring:

✅ A warm, friendly personality that can host & entertain our visitors from all over the world

✅ A reliable person who will help us ensure a smooth, fun journey for our guests

✅ Awareness & understanding of the Health & Safety demands of our industry

✅ Availability to work weekends and public holidays – this part is essential!

✅ Sales capabilities and the ability to learn more

✅ Eligibility to work in NZ

✅ Having held a full NZ Driver’s License for 2+ years is a bonus but not essential
