Café Supervisor

Whether our customers are Bungying, Zip Riding, or spectating with a flat white in hand, we want them to love every part of their experience. We’re on the hunt for a Café Supervisor with phenomenal taste, proven hospitality know-how, and barista skills that won’t leave a bitter aftertaste.

To serve up what we’re after, you’ll bring:

✅Coffee making skills that set the standard (flat whites included!)

✅ The ability to multitask and thrive under pressure during peak service

✅ A zest for hospitality and great customer service, with plenty of good chat

✅ Strong leadership and crew management experience to keep the cafe humming

✅ Skills in stock ordering, rotation and management

✅ Reliability and flexibility, with eligibility to work in NZ

✅ Barista experience (essential); LCQ, Duty Managers licence, and full NZ Drivers License (bonus, not essential)
