Accounts Assistant

At AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand, we live life on the edge – and behind the scenes, our finance team keeps everything running. We’re on the hunt for an Accounts Assistant to join our Bungy HQ crew in Queenstown. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to utilise their finance skills in a supportive, energetic, and unique workplace.

What you’ll be doing:

✅Reconciling creditor accounts and preparing payment runs

✅Processing invoices, credit cards, and staff expense claims

✅Managing supplier relationships and being the first point of contact for account enquiries

✅Assisting with payroll processing and financial reporting

✅Supporting stock management, orders, and quarterly calculations

✅Assisting the Group Financial Controller and finance team with a range of tasks

What we’re are looking for:

✅Eligibility to work in New Zealand – you must have the right to work here.

✅Qualifications and/or experience in an accounting role

✅Strong communication and professional manner

✅Highly organised, motivated, and proactive

✅Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

✅A positive, enthusiastic attitude and team spirit
