    Contact

Let's talk. If you don't like talking, send us an email with a smiley face in it somewhere.
  • SPECTATORS
Your friends and family are more than welcome to come along and watch you complete your SkyRide from the landing platform at no charge.
  • PHOTO & VIDEO
Brag-worthy moments need brag-worthy proof. We’ve got cameras in all the right places to make sure your screams, smiles, and sky-high views are all caught on film.
  • SAFETY
    Safe?
We invented safe! We've been pushing the limits since 1988 and pride ourselves on our impeccable safety record. With AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand, you ride with the most experienced adventure company in the world.

Tell your SkyRide Crew if you have high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, broken or fractured bones/dislocations, fragile skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, panic/anxiety attacks or any recent sprains/muscular injuries.

Unfortunately, we can't permit anyone who is pregnant, or those with photosensitive epilepsy, to participate. And if you have osteoporosis, scoliosis or a recent concussion, we'll need to see a doctor's certificate.

Wear glasses for safety reasons? They may not be able to be worn. However, prescriptions safety glasses are available free of charge. You can check out more stuff about safety here.

MAP
TRANSPORT

Our SkyRide, SkyJump and SkyWalk experiences are based at Auckland’s iconic Sky Tower, right in the heart of the CBD.

  • By Foot:The Sky Tower is an easy walk from most central city accommodation, shopping, and attractions. Simply head towards Federal Street and you’ll see the Tower rising above the skyline.
  • By Car:Paid parking is available at the SkyCity Car Park, with direct access to the Sky Tower via lifts. The entrance is off Federal Street, just follow the SkyCity signs.
  • By Public Transport:Buses and trains stop at Britomart Transport Centre, just a 10–15 minute walk from the Tower. Many InnerLink and CityLink buses also stop nearby on Victoria Street and Wellesley Street.

We recommend allowing extra time for city traffic and parking. For the best directions on the day, check Google Maps.

If you’re booked for SkyRide, SkyJump or SkyWalk, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking to check-in.

Self-
Drive
SkyJump and SkyWalk are based in the Auckland Sky Tower, the tallest building in New Zealand. Hop on public transport, take an Uber, or drive yourself. Parking is located in the SkyCity building on the corner of Federal and Victoria Streets. We're open from 9:30am to 4:00pm daily. View map
